We offer "Economy shipping" when you choosing "Free Shipping".

Guaranteed service with tracing number such as EMS, UPS, DHL or FEDEX are available if you choose "Expedited International Shipping"

For international orders,we are not responsible for any charges, taxes, fees or delays imposed on you by your Country's Customs Department.

Most orders ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment (excluding holidays and weekends).If this is your first deal with us or buying for an item which needs international shipping, we suggest you review our shipping terms in descriptions. International shipping usually takes longer time than domestic, since it’s based on shipping service provider and both countries Customs.

Estimated delivery time varies by destination but usually take 15-20 business days, Expedited International Shipping usually take 3-7 business days(excluding holidays and weekends), or longer for certain countries. It depends on the cleared payment and your local post office process. Please tracing the order via your local post office by the tracing number.

If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.




You may return items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility including currency conversion costs. For your first exchange of products or an order, we will ship your replacement free of charge.

If a further exchange on the same order is requested, SEOBEAN reserves the right to charge additional postage for the shipment back to you. This is typically around USD $5 depending on the number of items being sent.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Customer Service at  quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
